How far are you from Disney?

We only around 15 minutes drive away from Disney World. We're in an ideal location because everything is centred around us, including restaurants, shopping outlets & attractions.

Is Cresent Lakes a safe area?

Yes. Crescent Lakes is one of the safest areas around. It's also a very friendly community with security patrolling the area 24/7 for peace of mind.

Is there any children's parks nearby?

Absolutely! There is a fabulous children's park just a short stroll away from the Villa, with swings, climbing frames & slides. It has a shaded area where you can bring a picnic, plus a full sized tennis court!

Will I need Pool / Spa heating?

It is recommended that you have the pool or spa heated between October and April. This should be requested at the time of booking.  If you decide to have the pool or spa heated once you have arrived then be aware that it takes a minimum of 24 hours to heat the pool or spa and is chargeable from the day it is turned on.

How do I book your villa?

First check the availability calendar to see if your dates are free. If so, please fill out the booking form that can be found here. Once completed we will contact you to finalise your booking.

How much is the deposit?

The booking/security deposit is £300 for a 7-14 night stay and £400 for a 21 night stay. The booking deposit will automatically convert to a security deposit once you arrive at our Villa. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 working days when we have checked the villa upon departure. Please note any damages and/or breakages will be deducted for this deposit.

What payment method do you take?

All payments are made via bank transfer. We will send you a receipt of payment as soon as the transfer is complete.

When is my final balance due?

The balance of payment is due 12 weeks prior to your arrival.

What happens if airlines cancel my flight due to the Covid-19 pandemic?

With regards to the Covid 19 pandemic and it's unpredictability, if you are forced to cancel then we will work with you to find a suitable re-arrangement so you can still enjoy your holiday at a later date. If this is not feasible then we will provide all the necessary documentation to your travel insurance company for reimbursement.

Who do we contact if we have any issues whilst away?

We have an excellent management company that will look after you should any issues arise. Their details will be provided to you before your departure.

Are you Covid-19 prepared?

Yes. Your safety is our priority. We make sure our Villa is sanitised between each guest stay to minimise any risk of Covid-19.

What time should I arrive & depart from the villa?

Our villa will be ready from 4pm on the day of your arrival, so please bear this in mind when arranging your travel plans. Departure from the villa is 10am. This allows us to have the villa cleaned and ready for the next arriving guests. Please note that unless otherwise arranged vacating after 10am may incur a charge.

What else do I need to know?

Our villa is strictly non-smoking, however we do allow smoking in the outdoor pool area and around the exterior of the villa. Person under the age of 21 years old are not accepted unless accompanied by a parent or an adult. Under no circumstances are pets allowed in the villa.
